Our leading nonprofit is seeking a qualified BSW (required) or MSW (preferred), or LCSW (a plus) to provide central intake services for Family Safety Net Services, Mental Health Specialists, Refugee Mental Health Services, SHALOM Denver, and Aging Care & Connections. Thorough knowledge of community resources ensures that callers and walk-ins are efficiently and effectively directed to these resources, as well as connected to Agency programs to meet their needs and the needs of others in their lives. This position will collaborate with program staff in assessing which JFS services are appropriate. Oversees program interns and pro-bono counseling volunteers. Located in SE Denver.   • At least three years’ experience in direct service provision to diverse populations, including intake, assessments, referrals, and crisis intervention. 
  • Strong computer skills—database, word processing, email, internet, and other information directories. 
  • Ability to develop community relationships and partnerships.
  • Bi-lingual skills, such as Arabic, Spanish, or Russian, helpful.
