Boulder JFS Counselor/Care Manager II

This position will provide care management and counseling services to older adults, adults with disabilities, individuals experiencing poverty and impacted family members in the Boulder JFS program.

Central Intake Specialist—Nonprofit

Our leading nonprofit is seeking a qualified MSW (required)/LCSW (preferred) to provide central intake services for Family Safety Net Services, Mental Health Specialists, Refugee Mental Health Services, SHALOM Denver, and Aging Care & Connections. Thorough knowledge of community resources ensures that callers and walk-ins are efficiently and effectively directed to these resources, as well as connected to Agency programs to meet their needs and the needs of others in their lives. This position will collaborate with program staff in assessing which JFS services are appropriate. Oversees program interns and pro-bono counseling volunteers. Located in SE Denver. Delivery Driver – Kosher Meals on Wheels (KMOW)—Part Time

KMOW drivers deliver meals to homebound seniors in Denver. Delivery consists of a daily noon meal. Typically, drivers visit for a few minutes and check on the well-being of each client. Position is M-F, approximately 8 a.m to noon.


This position will serve as an independent contractor providing dietary professional advice and training in the areas of nutritional health and food safety for the Jewish Family Service of Colorado Group Home (GH). Position is approximately 1-5 hours per quarter.

Director of Annual Giving

The Director of Annual Giving is an integral part of the JFS Development team. This position is an exciting key role that focuses on increasing the donor base fund-raising gifts in the range of $1,000 - $5,000. Prospect and donor research, in-person meetings, and active donor stewardship will be key roles of this position. Will work closely with the Chief Development Officer to tailor appeals and philanthropic messages and increase personalized approaches to new and ongoing key constituents. The Director of Annual Giving will collaborate with the team in the creation and implementation of all annual appeals, campaigns, and cultivation events. Will serve as the staff liaison in the Life & Legacy planned giving program. Provides logistics support for fundraising and stewardship events.

Employment Specialist-Job Coach I (PT—18.75 hours/week)

Provides on-the-job training and job coaching, and long-term jobs supports to individuals receiving services in community jobs. Acts as liaison between client and employer. Teaches basic computer skills, provides self-directed job seeking skills training, resume writing, interviewing skills, etc. When assigned, position may include providing mentorship services, such as teaching computer skills and assisting clients in navigating the job searching process. Position is located near Federal & 2nd, Denver and is 18.75 hours/week. Compensation: $17.04-19.20/hr depending on qualifications and experience. Human Resources Intern

​Jewish Family Service of Colorado (JFS) in southeast Denver has an unpaid internship available in the Human Resources department.Hours/days are flexible (approximately 10-20/week) for six months, with potential to extend.


We have a great opportunity for a clinician who is dynamic and personable to be part of an established team to provide outpatient mental health treatment to adults and families. Will provide case management services to clients as needed, and may supervise an intern.

Relief Residential Group Home Counselor (Southeast Denver)

This position assists, trains, provides guidance and support and responds to the needs of persons with developmental disabilities living in the Jewish Group Home located in southeast Denver. This includes ensuring the general welfare, safety and health of the residents living at the Group Home. This position provides relief to the counselors when ill or on leave, or for situations where additional staff is needed. This may include 24-hour and/or weekend shifts.

SHALOM Denver Activities Specialist

The Activities Specialist is responsible for assisting persons with developmental disabilities to participate in educational, recreational, and volunteer activities onsite and in the community. Position is 37.5 hour/week. Located near Federal & 2nd, Denver. Compensation: $17.04-19.20/hr, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include a generous holiday and leave program.
